Shipping & Returns Policy

Purchasing, Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All pieces are carefully packaged and dispatched from Ireland.
Ready-to-ship items are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days of purchase. Where a piece requires finishing, hallmarking, or special preparation before dispatch, additional processing time may apply. Estimated dispatch times will be stated on the relevant product listing where applicable.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking information where available.
Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply to international orders.

Returns

Ready-to-Ship Pieces

If you are purchasing as a consumer within Ireland or the European Union, you may have the right to cancel and return eligible online orders within 14 days of receiving your item.
To exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging. Unless an item is faulty or supplied in error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For hygiene reasons, earrings supplied in sealed packaging cannot be returned once the seal has been broken, unless the item is faulty.

Commissions & Bespoke Work

Commissioned, personalised, made-to-order, or bespoke pieces created to a customer's specification are non-returnable and non-refundable once work has commenced. This does not affect your rights in relation to items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
As each commissioned piece is created specifically for its intended owner, design approvals and project details should be reviewed carefully before production begins.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Every piece is handcrafted with care and inspected before dispatch. If your item arrives damaged, develops a fault, or is not as described, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after delivery where practicable.
Photographs of the item and packaging may be requested to help assess the issue. Where a fault is confirmed, an appropriate remedy will be offered in accordance with Irish and EU consumer protection law.
Please note that it is natural for a solid sterling silver piece to develop a patina over time. You can read more about how to restore the shine to your piece here, or you can contact me to avail of the complimentary lifetime cleaning service.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under Irish or EU consumer law.
